Rinera Networks, Inc. (“Rinera”) recognizes that our users value their privacy. Rinera only collects personal information that we believe will enable us to offer, maintain and improve our services and products to you. Rinera may collect the following information from you:

Email Address: We ask you for your email address. We use this information to invite you to participate in our trials. We may also use this information to provide upgrade information, ask for feedback, respond to your requests and questions, and notify you of any problems. Your email address will be associated with your IP address for diagnosis and communications.

Network and System Attributes, IP address: When you use our services and products via the Internet, your computer will send us information including your IP addresses, operating system, available bandwidth, firewall information, network provider, and network types. This information is used by the Rinera system for real-time network adjustments and internal reporting.

Personal Attributes: We may also collect your full name and other personal attributes if such information is made available to us during your use of our services and products.

Sharing of Your Information With Others

We will never sell or rent your email address or any of your personal information and share any statistical and demographic data with any third parties! Unless we get your explicit approval in advance, we will only share your personal information as we believe is necessary to:

Rinera is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any personal information of any such users. We will close any accounts used exclusively by such children and will remove any personal information we believe was submitted by any such children.

Security

We take many precautions to keep your personal information secure from unauthorized access, such as encrypted transmission between your computer and our servers and internal corporate policies to limit access to systems that store your personal information. We also periodically destroy old personal information when it is no longer essential to our ability to offer services and products to you.
